Pada range tertentu voltase yang diartikan 0 dan range tertentu, tegangan diartikan 1. Ketika belajar pengalamatan IP, saya asumsikan kita sudah mengerti matematika biner dan hexadesimal. Penjumlahan, penambahan, mengkonversi bilangan desimal ke bilangan binert dan sebaliknya adalah matematika dasar yang perlukan mengerti terlebih dahulu.
